for a city to truly be a bike city, it must be, at the very least, safe for toddlers to bike around.
and while we wait for the first bike lane in Iloilo City to be installed and for the pedestrianization of the JM Basa Street, we must not stop our kids from biking. we must find places where they can safely do it,without them having to don the full battle gear. The Central Philippine University in Jaro, Iloilo City is one such nice place to enjoy biking moments with little children.
